We Continue to Be Open for Traditional Chinese Medicine Services

We are open (2).png

You may wonder if the lock-down announcement will affect your appointments with Jane Cheung, R.TCMP and Frederic Cheung, R.TCMP. Our clinic hours will remain unchanged as we continue to support your health and well-being.

We dedicate ourselves to keeping you and ourselves safe on every visit:

* COVID pre-screening from each of our patients and our staff

* Patients required to wear masks and hand sanitize before entering the building

* Time slots are dedicated to your treatment time. Please arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time. If you plan to be late, please notify us immediately. Rescheduling your appointment may be required.

* Sanitization of all treatment rooms and tools with Health Canada's registered disinfectants and cleaning supplies

* Our TCM Practitioners wear masks and face shields during treatment sessions. Face shields and hands are sanitized between each patient contact.

* All above requirements had remained unchanged since Spring 2020. Pre-treatment health checks of our TCM practitioners have included temperature checks and COVID testing every two weeks since Stage Red.

If you have any questions about our clinic and our services, please feel free to contact us. If you wish to reschedule, we appreciate you contact us 12 hours before the appointment. Please note that an $80.00 fee will apply for late cancellation or no show.

We are grateful for your support - it involves trust in our services and belief in what we do. We will continue to do our best to work together for the well-being of our community. We understand 2020 has been a trying time for a lot of us at so many different levels. Regardless of the challenges we face, we hope each of us will continue to grow in strength!

Stay safe and healthy everyone! All the best into the new year 2021!
